In a shocking turn of events, veteran hero Venkatesh Daggubati is facing court action as the Nampally High Court ordered the police to file a criminal case against Venkatesh himself and his family members.
This comes after a petitioner named Nandakumar plead with the court that Venkatesh and his family are involved in the destruction of the Deccan Kitchen Hotel in Film Nagar. The court held preliminary hearing and passed the order to file criminal case against Venkatesh and his family members.
The allegation is that the Daggubati family destructed the mentioned property despite the clear orders from the court against it, which was issued earlier.
The Daggubati family now has to face the legal consequences for the action as the court ordered the filing of a criminal case. The next hearing has been posted to a further date.
