These days, lady producers are entering the film industry in good numbers. Sai Soujanya of Fortune Four Cinemas, Haarika Suryadevara of 'MAD' fame, and Jhanvi Narang of Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP among the female producers who are expected to make it big.
And now, another producer has entered the scene. She is Lakshmi, who launched her maiden venture today. Touted to be a concept-oriented thriller, this untitled film will be rich in suspenseful and crime elements. Sri Kamalahasini Movie Makers is the name of the banner. Siva Prasad is the co-producer of this film directed by P Chalapathy Kumar.
"The cast and crew will be announced soon. After that, a grand pooja will be held and regular shooting will be started. Mahaveer is the music director of this film. P Srinivas and Harish will act as executive producers," Lakshmi said in a statement.
Hyderabad Casting Centre is taking care of the casting formalities.
The thriller will commence its shoot soon. The release is going to take place in theatres this year itself.
