Telangana CM: Congress's ugly drama

There is a very infamous tradition in the Congress party where they take days and even weeks to fixate on the chief minister of the state. Same thing was seen in Karnataka recently as the appointment of Siddharamaiah as the CM took nearly 10 days. And now, similar scenario is repeating in Telangana.

Congress managed to come to power in Telangana withb on their side but they are still lagging behind in a shocking manner as far as the appointment of the chief minister goes.

The names of Revanth Reddy and Bhatti Vikramarka are being heard for now but there is no affirmative update on who will be the actual chief minister. DK Shiva Kumar held talks with local Congress leaders and he then went to Delhi to discuss the same with the Congress high command.

Kharge, the AICC chief has now stated to the media that the announcement on the chief minister of Telangana will be made today. But there is no clarity on whether it will be Revanth Reddy or Kharge.

Usually, with regional parties, there is no confusion on the chief minister post and this is what the South Indian states are accustomed to seeing but Congress is putting on an ugly drama with their lagging attitude.
