Director Sukumar feels that actor Suhas's career has the potential to resemble the career graph of Nani. Speaking at the trailer launch event of 'Prasanna Vadanam' on Friday, the 'Pushpa' maker described the 'Colour Photo' actor as a natural performer like Nani.
"If Nani is a natural actor, Suhas is a rooted actor. His expressions and style are organic," the 'Rangasthalam' maker said, revealing that Allu Arjun likes Suhas' acting a lot. "In fact, I wanted to cast Suhas as Bunny's friend in 'Pushpa'. But since Suhas had already been doing lead roles, I didn't want him to play a side character. I eventually gave the role to Jagadeesh Prathap," Sukumar said.
'Prasanna Vadanam' has been directed by Arjun YK, who is a protege of Sukumar. The film will hit the screens on May 3 with the backing of Geetha Arts and Mythri Movie Makers. Starring Payal Radhakrishna, Nithin Prasanna, Harsha Chemudu and Satya, it is a suspense thriller wherein the male lead is accused of three murders. Since he can't recognize faces due to a disorder, his woes get multiplied.
