Jana Sena supporters exhibit immature online behaviour

It is known that the Jana Sena Party, which contested in Khammam, Kothgudem, Wyra, Aswaraopeta, Kukatpally, Tandur, Kodad, and Nagrkurnool constituencies in Telangana, flopped miserably despite its alliance with the BJP. While not many expected the party to win even two seats, the dismal performance aggravates its misery.

On a day like this, you would expect the party's supporters to ask some tough questions of their beloved leader, Pawan Kalyan. Far from it, many of them were found abusing the media for merely reporting about the poor electoral show put in by the party. It is as though mere reporting would offend their revolutionary leader, who apparently is ready to sacrifice his life for the people.

Understandably, Jana Sainiks feel most of the media is not favourably disposed to support Pawan. But that doesn't mean that they have to find silly excuses for the flop show. Pawan is indisciplined and lacks focus. That's the number one problem. JSP supporters fail to realize this.

The online behaviour of the supporters of all political parties is immature to different degrees. So, it is not like Jana Sainiks are the only ones who are silly and abusive. But others at least attempt to make some honest assessments of the leaders they repose faith in. The supporters of the BJP, for example, ask hard questions and mercilessly troll their favourite politicians when faced with electoral losses. Congress supporters at least resort to slogans like secularism and 'Idea of India' to cope with losses. But Jana Sainiks are not equipped even with empty slogans. They take heart from the fact that their leader, a charismatic superstar, has swag while delivering political speeches. You can't argue with such folks. Can you?
