Jagan Mark Mass in Vizag: Can 2019 Result Be Rectified

Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has made his intentions clear that he wants Vizag to be the executive capital of Andhra Pradesh and he has been working on this front for the last 2 years.

But factually speaking, Vizag has historically been with the Telugu Desam Party. Even in a sensational YS Jagan wave in 2019, TDP won 4/4 MLA seats in the Vizag segment. The North, South, East and West segments rallied with the Telugu Desam Party and it ended up winning all these key segments.

But cut to 2024, the situation has changed after Jagan Mohan Reddy announced Vizag as the executive capital. If we look at the kind of mass crowds that turned up for Jagan's Memantha Siddham meeting in Vizag today, it is easy o conclude that he is here to stay in Vizag.

After announcing Vizag as the executive capital, Jagan even announced that will take the oath as the CM of AP for the second time in Vizag. Such confidence is reflecting in the kind of mass turnouts he is pulling.

Winning the important Vizag segment is crucial for Jagan and YCP in 2024 if they really wish to go ahead with the executive capital plan.
