Suriya's 'Kanguva' will hit the screens on October 10. The Dasara release date has been finalized by Studio Green and UV Creations after exploring all other options.
In a way, after the postponement of the movie from Summer this year, the Dasara release was only to be expected. With Jr NTR's 'Devara' getting advanced to September 27, October 10 turned out to be an even more ideal date for 'Kanguva'.
There are rumours that Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Vettaiyan' might also be released on October 10. 'Kanguva' is a bigger project, given its genre and pan-Indian scale.
Produced by Vamsi Krishna, Pramod Uppalapati, Jayantilal Gada and KE Gnanavelraja, 'Kanguva' also features Bobby Deol, Jagapathi Babu, Disha Patani and Yogi Babu. Its music and cinematography are by Devi Sri Prasad and Vetri Palanisamy.
The film's shoot was completed over 150 working days. Supreme Sundar's action choreography is said to be coming with great force. Co-produced by Neha Gnanavel Raja, the film has dialogues in Tamil written by Madan Karky.
