Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan was today reportedly hospitalized for angioplasty at the famous Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. As per national media reports, no update has come from hospital sources. Bachchan's family members are also mum.
Only yesterday, Big B and his son Abhishek Bachchan were there in Maharashtra's Thane to celebrate after their team qualified for the finals in the Indian Street Premier League (ISPL). The league has been underway at the Dadoji Konddev Stadium.
Meanwhile, 'Get well soon' messages are flowing in. Content creator Viral Bayani wrote, "Recalling the time when Amitabh was going through the tough phase, (his wife) Jaya said, 'We went through different kinds of failures in different phases of my life. When a man is going through a tough phase, it’s nice to just be there and be quiet for them. It’s nice to be silently standing there and saying listen I am here for you'."
Big B will be seen in 'Kalki 2898 AD' later this year. The film stars Prabhas in the lead and is directed by Nag Ashwin.
