JSP Disaster: No deposits in 7/8 seats

JanaSena contested in the Telangana elections this time around and the party is having a sorry story to tell as it is not even able to get the deposits back in 7 out of the 8 constituencies that it contested from.

JSP has polled fewer votes than NOTA in Aswaraopeta and Wyra constituencies which is sending trembles down the spines of the JSP leaders in the region. This is a disaster of epic proportion for the Pawan Kalyan party.

JSP is faring better only in Kukatpally constituency where it is in third position but this is due to Munnuru Prem Kumar, a BJP leader who joined JSP two days before the announcement of the candidate.

JSP is not even in the frame on 7 out of the 8 constituencies it has contested in this year's election. It has become a completely irrelevant political party, much like the way it is in Andhra Pradesh.
