Postal Ballots: Congress takes clear lead on BRS

The counting of the postal ballot votes has begun in Telangana as this is conventional process where the postal votes are counted first and then the EVM votes.

Going by the early trends of the postal ballot counting, BRS has taken a clear lead by leading in 46 constituencies as opposed to the 24 seats where BRS is leading.

Shockingly enough, KCR trailed in both Kamareddy and Gajwel constituencies before taking a very slender lead in Gajwel by 300 votes. Revanth Reddy is leading in both Kamareddy and Kodangal.

KTR is leading from Siricilla while Harish Rao is also leading from Siddipet by a strong margin right from the postal ballot votes.

If the electoral trends are to go by, BRS is heading for a debacle and are at the risk of losing power with Congress gaining heavy ground. The decisive trend will emerge once the EVM counting begins which is not too far from now.
