Telugu Association of Metro Atlanta holds education seminar

Telugu Association of Metro Atlanta (TAMA), founded in 1981, has been holding several cultural, literary and other festivals from time to time. Literary meets, musical nights, fund-raising programs, 'festivals, cultural programs, seminars’ , Kidfests and other events have been organized by the Association in the US. Just this year, TAMA has organized about fifteen programs.

On July 22, a grand Education Seminar was held at Sharon Community Bldg, Cumming. The successful event saw the presence of more than 200 students and parents, who were present there to get valuable insights from professionals/experts.

Speaking about the event, the organizers said that the number of attendees exceeded all expectations.

Presenter Dr. Vani Gaddam’s interactive session was a huge hit. As the expert spoke, the attendees listened to her in rapt attention. The purpose of her presentation was to egg on the attendees to pursue leadership and other roles in their careers. She elaborated on research, internship options and other career opportunities.

"We at TAMA aim to hold a range of events for the benefit of people of all age groups. The focus will be on the all-round development of youths. ‘TAMA Weekly Free Clinic Walk’ on August 13 is our upcoming event," said President Sai Ram Karumanchi.

President-Elect Suresh Bandaru, Chairman Subbarao Maddali, and Media Secretary Srinivas Ramisetty are happy with the response.

The Association is thankful also to Priyanka Gaddam, Raghava Tadavarthi, Rupendra Vemulapalli, Suneel Devarapalli, Krishna Inapakuthika, Tiru Chillapalli, Sasi Daggula, Harsha Koppula, Srinivas Uppu, Pavan Devalapally, Kamal Satuluru, and Rajesh Jampala.
