It is known that a song titled 'Jaragandi' from 'Game Changer' got leaked recently weeks ahead of its schedule leak. Producers Dil Raju and Shirish were taken aback by the leak. Music director SS Thaman, too, was shocked. The trio didn't want to spare those who did the leak at any cost. They lodged a complaint and their efforts have paid off. After interrogating some suspects, the Cyber Crime Department arrested two individuals.
"Cyber Crime Department swiftly took action and apprehended two individuals responsible for the song leak. The police have issued a stern warning against engaging in such leaks in the future," a note from the makers today said.
The Shankar-directed 'Game Changer', which might hit the screens in the second half of 2024, has Kiara Advani as the heroine. Anjali, Srikanth Meka, 'BRO' director Samuthirakhani, SJ Suryah and Sunil (both to be seen soon in Karthi's 'Japan'), and Naveen Chandra (to be seen soon in 'Jigarthanda Double X') are part of this biggie.
Director Shankar is currently also doing 'Indian 2' with Kamal Haasan. As for Ram Charan, he will team up with director Buchi Babu Sana of 'Uppena' fame soon. The untitled film will have music by AR Rahman.
