Brahmanandam's role was meant for Allu Aravind!

Allu Aravind is one of the most senior producers in the Telugu film industry. Despite being the son of the legendary Allu Ramalingaiah, he has not been known as an artist. He has stayed away from acting for decades now.

'Pelli Choopulu' director Tharun Bhascker has revealed that he thought of casting him for a role in 'Keedaa Cola', which is slated to hit the screens on November 3. The character's name is Varadharajulu, a differently-abled oldie. After the Geetha Arts supremo politely declined the offer with a smile, the 'Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi' director offered the part to Brahmanandam. Since Brahmi hasn't been doing physically demanding roles of late, he grabbed the offer.

Also starring Chaitanya Rao, Rag Mayur, Vishnu Oi, Raghu Ram, Jeevan Kumar, and Tharun Bhascker, the crime comedy caper is going to clash with small films such as 'Poli Mera 2' in the first week of November.

The film's trailer was released recently. Brahmi and Chaitanya Rao share the screen space in 'Keedaa Cola', which is backed by Rana Daggubati.
