Lakshmi Manchu has a new plan up her sleeve. She wants to do Hindi-language web series and movies in the coming years. As part of the mission, the actress has moved from Hyderabad to Mumbai, where she will be living in the coming years.
Speaking to Mid-Day, the 'Agni Nakshatram' actress said that she is open to auditions. "I will hop from office to office for meetings. I am not a star kid in Mumbai. There is substantial cross-industry work happening, and it’s a good time for me to start afresh," she added. At the age of 46, the actress is trying to explore a whole new industry without the support of her dad.
Taking to Twitter, Lakshmi wrote that she is grateful for the life she is getting to live. "New City, New Era. Super grateful for this life. Thank you to all my fans for always supporting and believing in me (sic)," she tweeted.
Recently, there were reports that Lakshmi would be joining politics.
