RRR, directed by Rajamouli created a pan India sensation and now it has also conquered Hollywood with the one of its kind Golden Globes Award for the ‘Naatu Naatu’ song. All the biggies of state and central governments including prominent personalities from all film industries are praising the team for this achievement.
Rajamouli and his entire family along with NTR and Cherry made a splash in America and the director along with Keeravani even shared stage with Steven Spielberg recently. But the name of producer DVV Danayya of this film has been missing conspicuously on every stage.
There are reports that the entire Hollywood publicity and lobbying was done using personal expenses of SS Rajamouli and Danayya has not come forward for it. This could be the reason why the producer’s name was not even mentioned for namesake, and again this hasn’t gone well with many film lovers, who feel that the main producer shouldn’t have been sidelined to this extent.
