The Bharat Rashtra Samithi party is yet again prone to shock, as around 11 of their party corporators have joined the Congress party on Sunday, April 7, 2024. Most of the corporators are from Peerzaadiguda municipal corporation in Medchal district of Telangana.
From the list of those who joined, includes, Peerzadiguda Municipal Corporation Deputy Mayor, Kurra Shivakumar Goud, along with eleven other corporators, three co-option members among who joined the congress.
Ahead of the parliamentary elections, several BRS leaders seem to join the Congress party, which came to power in the state of Telangana in the recently concluded assembly elections. With this the BRS party has become the main opposition party and several leaders are flocking from here to the Congress.
