K.T. Rama Rao, the IT Minister of Telangana, has gained a considerable following on social media for his proactive approach to addressing people's grievances. He is known to respond promptly to complaints and either addresses them himself or directs officials to investigate. 

Dr. Mukherjee Madivada, a renowned cardiologist in Hyderabad, used social media to raise awareness about cardiac diseases and suggested that CPR training was urgently needed in response to the rising number of sudden deaths due to cardiac arrest. He tagged KTR in his post, and the IT Minister responded promptly.

KTR arranged CPR training in Hyderabad within a month of the request, which earned him widespread acclaim. In addition to organizing the training for government staff and the police, he ordered 1,400 defibrillators to be placed in public places.

KTR's swift and effective response to Dr. Madivada's request won him praise from the doctor and netizens alike. Many online users praised KTR as a man of action and urged other political leaders to follow his example.
