Andhra Chief Minister envisions to see our students as global citizens and his ideals are reflected in the recently released manifesto. While taking steps in this direction, the YCP manifesto promises to upgrade the school infrastructure through Mana Badi and Nadu-Nedu programme would continue. The scheme to be extended to include welfare hostels ensuring top-notch student infrastructure.
It was also announced that, if it comes to power, the government will cover the interest on student loans up to ₹10 lakh for children of government employees studying abroad until the completion of their course, with a maximum duration of 5 years
Meanwhile, the key existing initiatives would also to continue, some of them include, Jagananna Vidya Deevena, Vasati Deevena, Videsi Vidya Deevena, Vidya Kanuka, Jagananna Gorumudda, and measures such as Tab distribution, IB curriculum and TOEFL, Digital Classrooms, English-medium curriculum, Subject Teachers in all Government schools will all continue.
