Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has finally revealed the much awaited manifesto of the YCP. In this manifesto, there is a good news for all the beneficiaries of the Amma Vodi scheme, as the amount would be further increased to Rs.17,000 as opposed to the previous Rs.15,000
So far, with each mother receiving Rs. 15,000 per year, the YCP govt has spent Rs.26 thousand crores which were distributed among 44.48 lakh mothers.
Of these Rs.17,000 while the mother gets Rs.15,000 the other Rs.2000 would be given to the school for the improvement of facilities, hence with AmmaVodi, each family would be getting an amount of Rs.85,000 as a benefit.
For the students to avail of this benefit, they must have an attendance percentage of at least 75 percent, like last time.
