Kadapa Court issues notice to TDP, Congress, Janasena and BJP over derogatory remarks

Principal District Judge Smt G.Sridevi of Kadapa District court today issued orders for ad-interim injunction restraining political parties and their leaders from making derogatory and defamatory remarks against the YSR Congress Party, YSRCP President and Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy and Avinash Reddy in alleged involvement in the murder of his uncle Vivekananda Reddy.

The court emphasized that such assertions are prejudicial to the ongoing legal proceedings and violate fundamental principles of justice.

The respondents in this matter include Andhra Pradesh Congress President Y.S. Sharmila, Telugu Desam Party President Nara Chandrababu Naidu, TDP General Secretary Nara Lokesh, Andhra Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party President Daggubati Purandeshwari, Janasena Party President Konidela Pawan Kalyan, Dr. Suneetha Nareddy, daughter of the late Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy, and M. Ravindra Reddy alias Btech Ravi.
