“TDP is a party of goons. Their own boss is inciting violence and instructing supporters to resort to stone pelting. Instead of motivating his workers, Chandrababu is making provocative statements. He incited violence by asking his cadre to hit YSRCP and Chief Minister Jagan with stones,” said Sajjala Rama Krishna Reddy responding to the attack on Jagan Mohan Reddy in press meet conducted on Sunday, April 14, 2024.
Sajjala further said that “And he has done this multiple times during his public meetings. They can’t bear to see the unprecedented public response to CM Jagan's yatra, that’s why they got him attacked. This is nothing but an attempt to murder. CM Jagan was lucky to have survived such a planned attack.” Meanwhile, Jagan was treated at a government hospital in Vijayawada and got stitches to the wound. And he is resting today, as per the doctor's advice.
