Criminal case filed against Nanaji, who is representing the Kakinada rural assembly constituency from Jana Sena party. A case was filed in Sarpavaram police station, as Nanaji and his cadre hurt volunteers, accusing them of distributing money in the view of elections.
However, according to reports, some of the volunteers have pooled up to celebrate the birthday of their co-volunteers. The location also had sweets and cool drinks as a part of the celebration. However, this took a serious turn, when Nanaji entered the scene, beat the volunteers and held them in the room for a couple of hours. Among those volunteers, there was also a seven month pregnancy volunteer.
For all this ruckus, a case was filed on Nanaji under section 143, 454, 341, 506 R/w sections under the Indian Penal Code.
