One of the principle orders from Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan to his party cadres has been to avoid calling him power star. His comment is that he is in politics now and if he gets to be referred as Power Star, it will send a signal to public that he is still a film star and not a serious politician.
Ever since, Pawan's fans hadn't been calling him power star in offline mediums as the abided by the request their party chief placed in front of them.
