There is a popular saying in the AP political space that whenever Chandrababu Naidu knows that he will anyways not win the election, he will start making wild promises about giving everything free of cos.
A similar mindset modus operandi is being exhibited by Chandarbabu Naidu now as he has made another random promise to the AP volunteers with regard to their remuneration.
Naidu has promised that the AP volunteers will be given a salary of Rs 10,000 per month if the Telugu Desam + alliance comes to power in Andhra Pradesh. This is a desperate last minute attempt from Chandrababu to attract the volunteers system in Andhra Pradesh.
This has immediately lest to a comment that Chandrababu's audacity must be questioned. A YCP activist commented "If Chandrababu really wants a government wing, why isn't he promising to bring back the Janmabhumi committees? Why is he promising salary hikes for volunteer system, a brainchild of YS Jagan? Doesn't this mean Chandrababu has lost all hopes on his own prowess so he is depending on Jagan's brainchild system.
