YS  Jagan assures help to a paralysis patient

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy assured help to a paralysis patient during the Memantha Siddham bus Yatra in Saddam Village on April 3, 2024.

Going further into the details, the family members of M. Mukesh, a 23-year-old resident of Sadum village in Chittoor district was affected with paralysis. He got a chance to meet Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan explained the difficulties in covering medical expenses.

Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy personally inquired about his health in detail and assured to help him. Mukesh's family informed the Chief Minister that he would require funds of over Rs. 15 lakh to cover his medical bills and requested assistance from the government. The Chief Minister directed officials from Aarogyasri to document Mukesh's information.

Speaking to the media Mukesh’s mother said, “He has been paralyzed since 2017. We sold our lands and spent all our savings on medical expenses. Now it has become difficult to take him to the hospital”.
