YSRCP general secretary and Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament Vijay Sai Reddy said that the Telugu Desam Party would be disastrous for Andhra Pradesh. In Andhra Pradesh, opposition alliance, Telugu Desam, Jana Sena and Bharatiya Janata Party are contesting agains the ruling YSRCP party.
In a post that Vijay Sai Reddy made on Monday, March 25, 2024 on X( formerly twitter), he said, “TDP will be disastrous for AP. TDP wants a reversal of the progress made by AP, a reversal of the welfare state that stands for the rights of the poor, vulnerable, farmers, weavers, women, fishermen, disabled, and senior citizens. TDP stands for the rich, of the rich, and by the rich.”
As a part of the election campaign, Vijay Sai Reddy is touring the Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh. The state is going for elections on May 13, 2024, according to the official announcement made by the Election Commission of India.
