It is 8 years since the bifurcation of united Andhra Pradesh took place and till date, the state of Andhra Pradesh has been getting a raw deal from the centre. However, the YSRCP seems to have taken a vow of sorts to ensure that those promises made during the bifurcation are fulfilled at any cost.

Speaking about this was MP Sri Krishnadevarayalu when he mentioned that they are going to pressurize the centre on fulfilling the promises during the ongoing parliamentary session. He was joined by another MP Dr Gurumurthy.

Krishnadevarayalu mentioned how statistics revealed that Rs 8500 crores was allocated by the railway department but it never reached them. YSRCP is going to demand the railway department to come up with the spending details. He also added how the Centre is speaking only about the issues prior to 2014 and not the present financial condition of the state. He vowed that these issues will be raised strongly during the parliamentary session.

The YSRCP team is also focused on raising up the topic of national highways and their connectivity in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Another important point would be about the improvement of Tirupathi bus stand which was already brought to the notice of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari by CM Jagan.
