After a long time, the cadre of TDP is in high spirits. Every party has its highs and lows and among regional parties, once out of power, everything turns topsy turvy. In an election year, somehow the cadre gets activated even in the presence of a strong ruling party. Many are confident that Jagan will get one more term, but as a party to preserve its identity TDP too has to create some buzz as if everything is going as per plan.

They anyway have the support of their own media friends and hence an impression is being created that it is TDP which will come to power. YSRCP leaders who are not happy about being denied minister berths are slowly trying to rebel against Jagan. They are aware that it is Jagan and he will not entertain such things beyond an extent. Hence, TDP is waiting in the bushes to take a plunge and capture them, as the party doesn't have proper leaders in many segments.

Amidst this Hungama and hype, the party leaders are waiting for Chandrababu Naidu to come out and become active, and take up tours across the state to rejuvenate the cadre and boost their morale ahead of an election year. However, Chandrababu, for the first time seems to have decided to not take up any tours.

He is confined to his office and coterie and monitoring Lokesh's Yuvagalam walkathon and giving the necessary suggestions to project his son as the heir apparent for all purposes. The party leaders feel that in his effort to get mileage and limelight only for Lokesh, Babu is not bothering much about party's interests. They feel that Lokesh has become the only priority and if this is how it goes on, it may be a tight ropewalk later for Babu when the real battle begins.
