From time immemorial the slogan 'Jai Balayya' has become a signature statement for the Telugus and it is used in various contexts. This time, it was the turn of a bigwig from YSRCP not to use the same slogan but thank Nandamuri Natasimham Balakrishna which has triggered a major illusion among the TDP camp.
Well, here are the details. The YSRCP general secretary Vijay Sai Reddy was sharing his thoughts with the media when he thanked Balayya sincerely. This is in regards to the care Balayya is taking on Nandamuri Taarakaratna's health. It is heard that Balayya is involved personally to ensure every medical need is taken care of.
Vijay Sai was quite flattered by this. As such, Taarakaratna's wife Alekhya Reddy is the daughter of Vijay Sai's wife's sister, hence the connection. While his compliment is understood, the TDP folks have amplified it citing even YCP folks are recognizing the goodness of Balayya and hence TDP will win the 2024 elections.
