The North American Telugu Association is organizing the NATA Idol event this year on a big scale. The winner of the singing competition is going to bag a chance to sing a song in a Telugu movie.
To be held on June 17th this year at West Forsyth High School, 4155 Crew Road, Cumming in Atlanta, the big-ticket event comes with the motto of providing a platform for the singers of the future. "Today's NATA Idol is tomorrow's movie singer," the organizers said.
The semi-finals and finals will be held on July 1st.
Eswar Reddy Dommeti of Sasha Homes and Dr. Prem Reddy are the event's grand sponsors. Prominent female playback singer SP Sailaja and lyricist Ananta Sriram have been invited to preside over the event as judges.
