Tensions have been high between the United States and Iran for some time now. During Donald Trump's presidency, the US waged indirect war against Iran and even killed Iran's top commander, Qasem Soleimani.

Recently, an Iranian commander made some sensational comments, warning that they would avenge the death of their top commander by attacking America. The head of the Revolutionary Guards aerospace force, Amirali Hajizadeh, announced that they have developed a cruise missile that can reach a target up to 1650 kilometers away.
Hajizadeh made it clear that their target was not innocent US soldiers but rather former US President Donald Trump, as well as then-Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and other military commanders who gave orders to kill Soleimani. The situation between Iran and America has worsened since Soleimani's death, and Iran has even joined forces with Russia, delivering drones during the Ukraine war.
