Nandamuri Balakrishna's highly anticipated action film, Veera Simha Reddy, has successfully passed through the necessary processes including censorship and has been awarded a U/A rating.

The movie is set to make its grand premiere on January 12th. The official trailer for the film was recently released and received a positive response.

According to the talk after the Censor, the first half of the film is quite compelling, particularly during a 25-minute segment, though the second half is less engaging due to a more focus on melodrama. Some cliched sentimental scenes are loaded in this part. But still, the pacing is balanced out, however, with the inclusion of captivating songs and several fight sequences.

Balakrishna's dual characters, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar's powerful portrayal, and Honey Rose's emotive performance are touted as the main draws of the film. The film is directed by Gopichand Malineni and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, with Shruti Haasan starring as the lead actress and Duniya Vijay as the villain.

Reports say that there are many moments for the fans to blow whistles and make yells in the theatres watching the histrionics of Balakrishna.

Overall, this film is likely to be a worthwhile watch during the festival season. Get glued for the official review after its premiere on the first day of release.
