Ashoka Creations and NTR Arts today unveiled the first glimpse video of the character played by the star heroine of the 1990s on the occasion of her birthday today. She is playing an upright, audacious police officer a la 'Karthavyam'. “Vyjayanthi IPS... Thanu Pattukunte Police Thupakike Dhairyam Vasthundi... Vesukunte Uniform Ke Promotion Vasthundi... Thane Oka Yuddham... Meme Thana Sainyam," we hear the hero say in the video.
This is evidence that the 'Bimbisara' actor and Vijayashanthi work in unison in the untitled movie. Ajaneesh Loknath of 'Kantara' and 'Virupaksha' fame is the music director.
Produced by Ashok Vardhan Muppa and Sunil Balusu, the film is currently being shot in Hyderabad. Bollywood actor Sohel Khan, 'Major' heroine Saiee Manjrekar, and Srikanth will be seen in major roles in the movie. Ram Prasad is the cinematographer. Edited by Thammiraju, the film's screenplay is written by Srikanth Vissa.
