Director Koratala Siva's 'Devara', starring Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan as violent rivals, will hit the screens on October 10. The film's postponement was rumoured recently. Today's announcement validates the rumours. The Nandamuri actor put out a new poster announcing the date.
The film's story is set in a bygone era, something the film's teaser (released in January) told us. The story unfolds in a world of its own. Music director Anirudh Ravichander and cinematographer Rathnavelu are working on this movie. NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts have joined hands for this pan-Indian film. Jahnvi Kapoor is playing the heroine.
Possibility of an earlier release?
The film's new release date might see a change in the future! As per the buzz in the Tollywood media, Jr NTR is waiting to know if Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa 2' will be postponed from August 15. If that happens, 'Devara' will be released on August 15, much earlier than October 10. Tarak's fans will be delighted if this happens.
