'Aa Okkati Adakku' Title Glimpse: Allari Naresh's movie is on a 'pan-Indian problem'

Nothing serious. Or, may be, it's a serious matter. Versatile actor Allari Naresh's next is a funny family entertainer ostensibly premised on the comical plight of aging, unmarried men. Titled 'Aa Okkati Adakku', the film will hit the screens on March 22.

In the title glimpse, the male lead is depicted stepping out of his flat in a typical middle-class residential complex. As he walks through his multicultural neighborhood, he is bombarded with the same question in various languages - Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi: "When are you getting married?" It becomes evident that Naresh's character has been unlucky in the realm of matrimony, despite aging, as nobody seems interested in him. However, his fortune could take a turn when he encounters the character played by 'Jathi Ratnalu' fame Faria Abdullah (we assume).

The glimpse makes a solid impact. It's refreshing to see Naresh in a family comedy after the serious 'Naandhi' and 'Ugram'.

Produced by Rajiv Chilaka of Chilaka Productions, the film is directed by Malli Ankam. Written by Abburi Ravi, its music has been done by Gopi Sundar. Vennela Kishore, Jamie Lever, Viva Harsha, Ariyana Glory and others will be seen in the movie.

Edited by Chota K Prasad, the film's cinematography is by Suryaa.
