‘Operation Valentine’: Patriotic song meant to 'bring pride to your heart'

The first song from 'Operation Valentine', titled 'Vande Mataram', was released at the Wagah border in Amritsar on Wednesday. It was a big-scale event that kicked off the promotional campaign of the Varun Tej-starring aerial action adventure. Manushi Chhillar's gigantic cut-out was also unveiled on the occasion as a tribute to her heroic character in the movie, which is slated to hit the screens on February 16.

"The song has been designed as a motivational one showing the Air Force gearing up for a big battle. It is a tribute to all the brave souls who left no stone unturned to protect their country," the makers said. The Mickey J Meyer composition is recorded by playback singer Kunal Kundu. Ramajogayya Sastry has written the earnest song. "A song that is sure to bring pride to your heart," wrote Varun Tej, sharing the song on social media.

Director Shakti Pratap Singh Hada, dialogue-writer Sai Madhav Burra and the two action directors (Vijay, and Nataraj) are confident about the movie.

The film is produced by Sony Pictures International Productions and Sandeep Mudda’s Renaissance Pictures.
