'Extra - Ordinary Man', starring Nithiin in the lead, will stream on Disney Plus Hotstar from January 19. The OTT platform announced the date today.
Starring Nithiin and Sree Leela in the lead, the film is directed by Vakkantham Vamsi. Nani aka Abhinay (Nithiin) plays an aspiring actor who is condemned to be an extra on the sets of films. He is in for a roller-coaster ride when a film director casts him as a cop protagonist in an action movie set on the AP-Odisha border. Before he can soar high as a star, his dream is snapped when the director shows him the exit door and casts someone else. Shocked by the snub and inspired by the script of the film he didn't get to do, Nani aka Abhinay pursues an evil man named Nero (Sudev Nair). Can he vanquish the villain and become a hero in real life?
The film, with music by Harris Jayaraj, also featured Sudev Nair and Dr. Rajasekhar.
