'Racharikam' is the title of an upcoming thriller drama starring Vijay Shankar as the hero and Apsara Rani as the heroine. Chill Bross Entertainments today unveiled a poster featuring Apsara Rani as an angry Goddess. The hidden truth behind the female lead's fierce avatar will be interesting to know.
Directed by Suresh Lankalapalli, the film has presumably got the actress in an author-backed role. "The actress appears like Kali Maa in a ferocious avatar, covered with blood, in the poster. There is a purpose and design to this," the makers said.
Vijaya Ramaraju, Srikanth Iyengar, Mahbub Basha, Rupesh Marrapu, Prachi Thaker, Latha, and Ishwar are playing different roles. With music by Vengi and cinematography by Arya Sai Krishna, the film is edited by JP. The story and screenplay have been penned by the director himself.
Apsara Rani has previously acted in Gopichand's 'Seetimaarr'. The film featured her in the song 'Pepsi Aunty'. She was seen in the song Sudheer Babu's 'Papa tho Pailam' in 'Hunt' last year.
