The 'Devara' Glimpse is out and it is a roar. Director Koratala Siva, as promised, is staging his most violent film yet. And Devara (Jr NTR gets to be a Simhadri on steroids) is baying for blood. The sea has been awash with the blood of the enemy.
The teaser, released in multiple languages on Monday, doesn't introduce us to Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor. As is the case with most teasers, it doesn't give a taste of the nature of the conflict. But the dose of bloodletting to be expected from this epic-scale movie is there for all to see.
Music director Anirudh Ravichander doesn't give a dazzling beat to remember till the trailer. But let's just say he will make a comeback for sure. Cinematographer Rathnavelu and production designer Sabu Cyril understand the high range of the movie.

'Devara' aligns itself with this evolving reality, embracing a distinct and unconventional approach.
