'Vyooham' will start streaming on Amazon Prime Video on December 14. Sai Sushanth Reddy of 'Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi' fame plays an IPS officer in the crime drama. Chaitanya Krishna plays a distraught husband whose pregnant wife is killed in a road accident.
Talking about the web series, director Sashikanth Srivaishnav Peesapati says, "A newly appointed police officer is assigned to a hit and run case, where a pregnant couple lost their child. What seems like a simple open-and-shut case turns out to be a complicated web involving several seemingly unconnected people. To solve the case, the officer has to hunt down a serial killer, a trained naxal, a suspended cop, and a terrorist organization, while facing his own painful past."
Co-starring Preethi Asrani, Pavani Gangireddy, Shashank, and Ravindra Vijay of the recent 'Mangalavaaram' fame, this one has been produced by Supriya Yarlagadda on Annapurna Studios. With cinematography by K Sidhardha Reddy, the series has music by Sriram Maddury. Edited by Sai Murali, its art direction is by Kiran Kumar Manne.
Prime Video has recently streamed Naga Chaitanya's OTT debut 'Dhootha'. It will be ready with the second season of 'Kumari Srimathi' in the second half of 2024.
