Ram Pothineni has been mocked for this glaring error (duly discovered after its OTT release) in the film. When you are making a film by spending something like Rs 60 Cr, it is natural for the audience to expect perfection. There is nothing wrong with the audience trolling the filmmakers if they have been cheated.
After Netizens raised the issue, Ram took to social media to say that he was not in a position to take part in the shoot that day. "22.04.23 I still remember..it was one of the hottest days during the peak of summer..this was my feet after filming this episode on the 3rd day of the 25days..couldn’t walk properly..went away for a bit after it started to bleed..so My Director wanted to get the shot right n did this one shot himself (sic)," he said.
It would have been better had Ram and his director simply accepted the mistake and moved on. Justifying a gaffe in the name of dedication and hard work is not done. Why are Telugu heroes hyper-sensitive to criticism and trolling?
