Venkatesh's 'Saindhav' will hit the screens on January 13, 2024. Just a day earlier (that is, on January 12), Mahesh Babu's 'Guntur Kaaram' is going to arrive at the cinemas.
At the teaser launch event of 'Saindhav' on Monday, the 'Drushyam' actor was asked about the clash with his 'Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu' co-star. The 'Narappa' actor was a sport. He referred to the names of his and Mahesh's characters from 'SVSC'.
"Both 'Peddodu' and 'Chinnodu' are going to score big hits. It's wonderful that our movies are going to be there for Sankranthi. I am confident that people are going to love to watch both films," Venky said.
'Saindhav' is directed by Sailesh Kolanu and is more of an action thriller. On the other hand, Trivikram's 'Guntur Kaaram' is a family action entertainer that is destined to generate much bigger openings.
On Sunday, People Media Factory reconfirmed that Ravi Teja's 'Eagle' will be a Sankranthi release. 'Naa Saami Ranga' and 'Hanu-Man' and a couple of other releases are also going to be there in the race.
