Balakrishna backs Sree Leela amid heavy trolling

Sree Leela has been subjected to trolling ever since the trailer for 'Bhagavanth Kesari' was released recently. Frankly put, her acting is unnatural in the trailer. She struggles to emote in it.

Amidst all this, Nandamuri Balakrishna on Sunday backed his co-star at an event in Hyderabad. He described the 'Dhamaka' and 'Skanda' actress as a born artist.

The 'Veera Simha Reddy' star further said that Sree Leela did heavy-duty scenes in the movie without using glycerine. "Neither I nor she used glycerine. Those scenes are so moving that, whether you are a man or a woman, you will surely be moved to tears," Balayya said.

It is as if the 'Akhanda' star was endorsing the acting calibre of Sree Leela.

'Bhagavanth Kesari', directed by Anil Ravipudi, has music by Thaman and cinematography by C Ram Prasad. It will arrive at the cinemas on October 19, the first Dasara release. Produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi on Shine Screens, the actioner has Arjun Ramphal in a negative role.
