It's like a festival time for Telugu film lovers. For the first time in the history of Telugu Cinema, a song has won the prestigious Oscar Award. MM Keeravani and Chandrabose have become international stars with their triump.

On Monday, the Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana expressed their joy at the Oscar victory of the Telugu movie "RRR" for its song 'Naatu Naatu'. Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao also expressed his delight on the achievement of 'Naatu Naatu' at the Oscars, stating that the lyrics of the song reflect the culture of Telangana and the way of life of the Telugu people.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy congratulated Music Director M.M. Keeravani, director S.S. Rajamouli, and the team for winning the Oscar Award in the Original Song category.

Jagan Mohan Reddy noted that the song written by Chandra Bose and sung by Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava showcased Telugu prowess on the international scale, creating history. He conveyed his best wishes to the entire unit for striking the Oscar chord with music to the ears of the global audience, stating that the Award is icing on the cake of India cinema which recently celebrated its centenary celebrations.
