This time the appointment of writer and actor Posani Krishna Murali to the post of AP Film Development Corporation Chairman has led to these speculations. There have been announcements that the Government of AP is planning to spend about 100 crores for building a new studio and other facilities.
Since AP CM Jagan is already contemplating a shift to Vizag as the new capital for the state, such news is definitely a cheer for AP people. However, more information is awaited because such a policy decision will work only in the long term with proper planning and adequate support.
