In what is being seen as a big shocker to the former Indian cricket captain Mohammad Azharuddin, the Supreme Court of India has dissolved the Hyderabad Cricket Association currently headed by him.

The court ordered for fresh elections to be held for the cricket association. Azharuddin has been the HCA president although current association members terms had ended in September last year itself.

Azhar had reportedly been resisting any attempts to organize fresh elections and continued in the post. The matter finally went to court which pronounced its order, thereby taking away the reins of HCA currently from the former skipper of the Indian cricket team.

Billed as the largest such deal by a country's national carrier in the world in recent years, the Tata group's Air India has inked multi-billion dollar deals with both France's Airbus and American plane-maker Boeing.

Air India would be buying a massive 470 passenger aircraft in the most extensive shopping event in the history of commercial aviation. The cost for the whole 470-aircraft deal is expected to be between $70 and $80 billion.

The US President Joe Biden said that this deal will support about a million American jobs spanning across 44 states while Prime Minister Narendra Modi and American President Biden jointly welcomed the deal as a great example of mutual cooperation.
