Naresh is wrong: Superstar Krishna criticized NTR through movies

As per VK Naresh, Pawan Kalyan is wrong in saying that Superstar Krishna used to criticize NT Rama Rao on many occasions. What is the truth?

While Krishna may not have delivered critical speeches, he actually promoted a couple of controversial political movies that targeted the founder of the TDP. Even by today's low standards, their content was shocking and bold.

Comedian Prudhvi played a politician in the 1989 film 'Gandipeta Rahasyam'. The film was directed by Prabhakar Reddy. It had Vijaya Nirmala and VK Naresh in two of the most important roles. Prudhvi's character was fashioned after NT Rama Rao. The film had anti-TDP content in many scenes. It ends with Naresh and Vijaya Nirmala leading a revolt.

The film begins with Superstar Krishna addressing the audience directly. He talks about how Hitler and Mussolini and other notorious personalities in History were known for resorting to propaganda to promote themselves. He refers to the term 'dictatorship' often in the address and suggests that those who come to power by making false promises and go on to undermine democracy are dangerous.

So, VK Naresh is wrong in saying that Krishna never spoke ill of NTR.
