Emphasising on the improvement of the education system in the state during his tenure, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy requested to support him again, ensuring the continuation of education reforms. Y S Jagan addressed a public meeting at Kakinada as a part of Memantha Siddham campaign on Friday, April 19, 2024.
Addressing the crowd Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy said, “If you vote for the ‘fan’, your children will get English medium training in government schools. Everything from TOEFL training to tabs will be available”.
He further stressed that children who studied in state run institutions would be ready to compete with the outside world in another Ten years. Even the rich children envy the English spoken by our poor children, noted Jagan.
