One of the fundamental reasons why the Congress party came to power in Telangana is due to the Runa Mafi announcement made by CM Revanth Reddy. He vowed to complete the Runa Mafi scheme by the 9th of December immediately after he comes to power.
But after Revanth became the CM, he gave an interview to ABN and commented that the Runa Mafi program will be implemented by this January.
Now, in April four months after Revanth became the chief minister of Telangana and the Congress formed the government here, Revanth has changed his word again and he has commented that the Runa Mafi will be done only by August 15.
CM Revanth vowed to have the Runa Mafi implementation as his modus operandi before the election. But one the election is done and Revanth became the CM, he has started to change his words on the same. He has now commented that the loan waiver scheme would be done only by August this year.
