Nandamuri Balakrishna, an actor and politician contesting for the Hindupur assembly constituency from the Telugu Desam Party(TD), has slapped a fan during the election campaign. And this is not the first time this is happening either. There were reported instances of assaults, where Balayya raised his hands over people who came to see him and greet him. Despite his deeds, TDP never condemned his acts.
Meanwhile, the YSRCP took to X, and said, “Balayya has no brain and TDP has no shame! Nandamuri Balakrishna, the Hindupur, TDP candidate assaulted a fan during the election campaign. Even in the past, the TDP backed Balakrishna despite his obscene comments on women and beating up fans. However, this time, Voters are going to give a return gift!”
